motionfest is a juried competition honoring and celebrating the creative excellence in animation worldwide.
Specifically, motionfest recognizes the best animations created within the past year for the purpose of entertainment: animated shorts and full-length features.
Each entry will be judged for conceptual, technical and aesthetic innovation and excellence.
Award-winners will be announced and shown at the motionfest 08 animation festival on October 12, 2008 as part of motion08.
