Looking For 3D Animator For Student Project

I am looking for an 3D animator who works for my thesis project.
I need one minute animation for it (I just need a trailer for my project.)
The story is from japanese old folk tale.
So the background and characters have to look like old japanese style.
I don't have 3D software so I need someone who has the software or has access to it.
I am a student so it is going to be a small payment.
