New Disgaea anime DVD

I really love the Disgaea:Hour Of Darkness game for PS2, but only recently did I really start watching episodes of the Disgaea anime that originally aired in Japan. Really excited that the fist volume of the series is gonna be released in early January. I think volume one will contain the first four episodes, so hopefully episodes 5-8 will be out by summer. Would any Disgaea fan happen to know exactly how any episodes there are in the whole series? Just trying to figure it out...
