Ooooookay another question.

Now, bare with me, I dont know all the proper technical fancy pants terms buut here goes. This is all about dimensions. What would be the proper width and height to work with for something that may end up going on more than a computer monitor. Like if a film were burned on dvd will it stretch to fit a tv screen.. like.. shoot. Dont know quite how to word this. Does anyone get what I mean?

Hi Sherb!

I don't know if I got it, but I'll try. When you have a NTSC video, it's 640x480 pixels. That's a proportion of 1,333 or 4:3. If you work with film, it will probably be wider, like 1,666 or 16:9 (which is 1,777). So when you export it to a DVD video, it's wise to create a 640x480 project, and put the video in the cinema format inside it, 640 pixels wide, so it will keep those black lines on top and bottom of the movie.

Is that it? Or did I miss something? :)

Heh thanks for the info! Very much appreciated :)
