I have books, but frankly, learning from a book is a drag.

I have 3dsMax 6 set up at home and I have so many ideas for shorts.
My imagination runs wild, but i need to learn the tools to express it.
Need a few animator friends that I can bounce ideas off of and maybe collaborate on with.
I am currently an expert in 2d animation, Macromedia flash etc... :D
