TAIS and The National Film Board of Canada present " Lighter Dementia and Deeper Lunacy - The Filmmaking of John Weldon." The screening will be followed by a masterclass with Weldon, whose impressive filmography includes the Oscar-winning SPECIAL DELIVERY and REAL INSIDE, a deft combination of live action and animation that conceptually anticipates WHO FRAMED ROGER RABBIT. Other films to be screened include: THE LUMP, THE HUNGRY SQUID, FRANK THE WRABBIT, CANADA VIGNETTES: LOG DRIVER'S WALTZ, TO BE, SCANT SANITY and OF DICE AND MEN. Admission is free.
