30 years of magic!

Big Apple Ponycon is an exciting new NYC area fan convention for fans of small collectible equines, including collectible ponies, comics about ponies, and cartoons about (you guessed it) ponies. New York is a uniquely amazing city, and it deserves a uniquely amazing pony convention! That's why we're pulling out all the stops to ensure that this is a convention worthy of our wonderful city.

BAP was founded by NYC-area natives with a distinguished convention pedigree, including the founder of the world's first and biggest G4 fan convention, the founder of pioneering meetup group Bronies-NYC, and the current heads of Bronies-NYC. We are a seasoned crew with over 50 years of cumulative experience in fandoms and decades of cumulative experience in pony fandom. We're loyal to our beautiful city, and we're committed to bringing you "a convention you can take the subway to"! (Or maybe the PATH. But that's a subway too, right?)

BAP is operated by Big Apple Ponycon, LLC, a proudly NYC-based entity. BAP is an independent, unofficial fan-run event, not affiliated with any toy company, animation studio, other convention, or other company.

See you at the convention! For now, please watch our Twitter feed for more news, and be sure to check out our forums!
