Like actors and dancers, animators craft expression through movement. Laban Movement Analysis can help animators understand what makes movement expressive. Knowing how to create meaning through movement can help animators clarify the intent of their animated characters, create dramatic impact and enhance story through dynamic character acting.



This is an invitation to animators, inbetweeners, character designers, mocap directors, art directors, game and level designers who work with movement of the human figure and have a strong interest in pushing the expressiveness of their characters further.

She has worked on many Feature Animation titles including The Secret of NIMH, The Fox and the Hound, An American Tail, and Quest for Camelot.
