Creative Moments, Inc. is a full-service animation art house.  We are currently conducting our DIRECT SALE in which dozens of vintage animation artworks are available for immediate purchase.  The vintage production animation artwork is mostly from the Disney studio, but also includes others.  Available for purchase are production drawings, layouts, cels, cel set-ups, etc.

 

In addition, fully-illustrated reference back-issue auction catalogs are available for purchase and serve as excellent reference material.

Animae Caribe is an annual animation and new media festival. It features filmmakers from the Caribbean and the Diaspora. Though its emphasis is animation, the festival promotes experimental film production also. The auction has 121 lots including a selection of artwork from Walt Disney Studio, Warner Bros., Bakshi Prods., Filmation, Fleischer, Hanna-Barbera, Jay Ward, MGM, Terrytoons and UPA. The artwork includes but is not limited to: character cels, cel set-ups

United Nations of Animation Online Event

Join the United Nations of Animation in its first experimental project: to create a series of randomly compiled, short animations consisting of original contributions from participants all over the world. To participate, download one of our character files at cias/rit.edu/~UNoA and create an original animation using Flash, Maya, or other animation software. Your finished file can then be emailed to UNoA.Rit@gmail.com. Entries will be accepted between February 5 - 19, 2007. Submitted files will be combined to create a completely unique sequence of animations.

3X3 Magazine's Professional Show

3X3 MAGAZINE is entering its fourth year judging the world's best contemporary illustration judged by some of the world's best illustrators. It has expanded the categories in its professional show to include three categories: children's book illustration -- both published and unpublished; animation; and a separate category for work done specifically for gallery exhibits. This year's categories include our usual advertising, editorial, institutional, books, and unpublished, including self-promotion. And three new categories: children's books, animation and art-for-sale. For the animation category, the judges include: Mario Cavalli, Dave McKean, Run Wrake, Oscar Grillo and Eric Goldberg.
