The World of Comedy International Film Festival premiered to great success in 2003. The WCIFF is dedicated to presenting a feast of quality comedy features and shorts from around the world. The festival is a showcase for the best emerging filmmakers working in the comedy genre today as well as comedy classics. Submissions are now being accepted for both features and shorts in the following categories: narrative, animation, mockumentary, experimental and documentaries about comedy and/or personalities involved in comedic filmmaking. Submissions accepted only on VHS (NTSC) but may be exhibited on various film and tape and digital formats.
Early Deadline: September 30, 2003
Extended Deadline: October 31, 2003.
International Early Entry fees: $10 US/shorts,
