May 5 -7: Screenings at MoMA Film/Gramercy Theatre, 127 East 23 Street, 12 noon
May 5: Dustys Screenwriters' Night,7pm, Century Center for the Performing Arts at 111 East 15 Street
May 8: Awards ceremony and gala reception at Astor Plaza, 1515 Broadway, 7pm
The School of Visual Arts (SVA) presents the 14th Annual Dusty Film Festival and Awards, a three-day viewing feast of short films, videos and traditional animations.
At the event, graduating students from SVA's Film, Video and Animation Department will be recognized for their outstanding achievements with
four days of star treatment. The festival will screen all thesis works
May 5 - 7 at MoMA Film/Gramercy Theatre, then hold an evening awards ceremony and gala reception on May 8, at 7pm at New York's
Astor Plaza.
