Animation Block Party, NYC's premiere animation festival, will also be making it's first California appearance at the New Beverly Cinema on February 18th with two exclusive "best of ABP" screenings at 7:30 and 10:00pm.

Film highlights from February 18th include 2008 ABP Audience Award winner, "I Live In The Woods" from Max Winston, 2009 ABP Audience Award, "Chicken Cowboy" from Stephen Neary, 2009 Experimental Film winner, "Singles" from Rebecca Sugar and 2009 Documentary Short favorite, "Southern Exposure" from Susan Chien.

Participating ABP animators that will be appearing at the New Beverly include Caroline (No Naked) Foley, Mike (Roommates) Hollingsworth, Turner (Breathe) Lange, Ben (Juggerben) Li as well as past fest winners, Max Winston and Rebecca Sugar.

Animation Block Party founder, Casey Safron, will introduce the screenings.
