Visual effects supervisor Doug Cooper and head of effects Mark Miller of SHARK TALE will present work from the film at the Alias User Group Meeting. The film utilized Maya for modeling, animation and visual effects. The evening will reveal details from visual design and development, through character rigging and animation, procedural modeling, special effects and final lighting. The team will explain their use of RenderMan, Mental Ray and a vast array of proprietary software and plug-ins.
