Beginning a Flash Project, online cartoon. Looking for a team.

Hey everyone, edited post.. The ideas are really developing alot lately. We've got a sturdy set of 5 characters. I'll post images after i write this. The cartoon is going to take place in a Fancy French Restaraunt managed by a stuck up frenchman named Francois. The cast of characters includes a mindless chef, Gary, a lazy waiter, Jake, an eccentric busboy, Suzy, and lastly Spencer, the flamboyant doorman. This strange combination of characters in such a strange environment can only lead to great comedy. Right now, it's a very small project. Your pay will Depend on how well Clothing Sales go after production. The money will be divided evenly between all members of the team. As of right now, I am looking for anyone interested in scene art and maybe helping with the writing. So here you go, Your first look at the characters from "The Messtaurant"!

the project

Essentially what we're looking for right now is artists to bring the cartoon to life with exciting backgrounds, and skilled animators to help with the more active scenes. The first episode's script is nearly written and the voice actors are all ready. As far as money goes, every person involved with the project will get a share of the funds we recieve through our sale of merchandise, as this is just an independant cartoon which will be hosted online.

Hi guys, I see some of your animation here, its good stuff.

Listen, what has been your process regarding creation of characters and then the story, how does it all come together for you?

I am working on a project and kind of starting with a story, and kind of have a few undeveloped characters in my head, but its all a little topsy turvy, how do you guys do it? and how long does it take you to develop a story? and a character? What are the timelines expected in the industry for story and character development?
