Nickelodeon and Broadway Across America have announced additional performances of THE BACKYARDIGANS LIVE! TALE OF THE MIGHTY KNIGHTS throughout 2008 and into 2009. The national touring production will visit 30 new venues beginning October 7 in Champaign, Illinois, USA and stopping in Los Angeles; St. Louis; Salt Lake City; and Seattle; among other top markets.

Aardman's Oscar winning WALLACE AND GROMIT will be at the heart of a major government-backed exhibition at the Science Museum designed to inspire a new generation of British innovators.

The exhibition, due to open in spring 2009, will tap into WALLACE AND GROMIT's famous flair for invention with interactive exhibits, creative activities and animated displays, all of which will be themed around the fictional characters' house.

A first look at Universal Pictures' re-imagining of the genre classic, THE WOLFMAN, will debut at Universal Studios Hollywood's "Halloween Horror Nights" as part of the theme park's "Terror Tram."

The "Terror Tram: The Nightmare Tour" -- which expands this year to double the length of previous Halloween tram experiences -- will offer an exclusive preview of THE WOLFMAN on the tram's LED screens.

The Ottawa International Animation Festival (OIAF) is trying out some new elements this year, including a new venue (the Canadian Museum of Civilization), a new free shuttle bus between venues and new additions to programming, like a live art presentation by Daniel Barrow, who uses an overhead projector and narration to create something called "manual animation."

This is the only festival I know about that starts in one city for a week and then moves to another town for another week of festivities. Beginning September 26 and continuing through Sunday, November 2, Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure parks become a one-stop destination to experience spook-tacular entertainment, whimsical decor, a lively mix of Disney characters in Halloween costumes and a variety of festive foods.

Epcot guests at Walt Disney World Resort will be treated to a brand new, highly interactive attraction inspired by Disney Channel's Emmy Award-winning animated series, Disney's KIM POSSIBLE. The new experience is slated to premiere in late 2008.
