SpongeBob SquarePants, his best starfish buddy and all their fun friends from Bikini Bottom are going on tour across the U.K. in a live action show. The adventure packed musical will premiere at the Hackney Empire on February 3, 2009 and tour the U.K., taking in major cities and theatres from Brighton to Glasgow.

HIT Ent. and Merlin Ent. Group have commissioned SD Ent. and Threshold Animation Studios to bring the innovative movie, BOB THE BUILDER AND THE ROLLER COASTER in 4-D exclusively to LEGOLAND family theme parks worldwide beginning in March 2009.

The never-before-seen movie in 4-D debuts at LEGOLAND California and LEGOLAND Windsor in the United Kingdom in March followed by the other two LEGOLAND parks in Denmark and Germany as well as LEGOLAND Discovery Centers in April. BOB THE BUILDER AND THE ROLLER COASTER will air in LEGOLAND theaters daily during normal operating hours.

Previewing an estimated $1 billion expansion and remodel (per LOS ANGELES TIMES) of Disney's California Adventure, the Walt Disney Imagineering Blue Sky Cellar will give park guests an idea of what's to come.

Beginning October 20, guests will be able to view working models as well as dozens of concepts and sketches from Disney Imagineers, the creative minds behind the design and construction of Disney theme parks and attractions.

Digital Stone, a contemporary art exhibition touring three cities in China, has opened at the Today Art Museum in Beijing. The exhibit, sponsored by Autodesk, features the work of four American stone sculptors who use 3D software to create sculpture and represent the surprising intersection of art and technology.
