THE INTERNATIONAL JURY
 
An International Jury made up of five personalities from the world of animation, culture, film and television, will judge the works selected for the Competition and assign the Pulcinella Awards.



Robby London
Senior Vice President Xreative Affairs
DIC Entertanment, inc.

Robby London serves as Senior Vice President Creative Affairs, DIC Entertainment, L.P.. An honors graduate of the University of Michigan in psycology, London began his entertainment career as a story analyst, working for such companies as American International Pictures, The David Gerber Co., and hanna_Barbera Productions. He was also a key figure in the development and production of the blockbuster "He-Man and the Masters of the Universe" animated series, for wich he wrote the pilot script as well as many sbsequent episodes. Since joing DIC in 1986, London has headed up the development and overseen the production of all the company's series and specials including "Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego?", "Madeline", "The Real Ghostbusters", "Captain Planet and the Planeteers" and "Sonic the Hedgehog". As an executive producer he is the recipient of an Emmy Award and six Emmy nominiations, a CableACE Award, a Humanitas Prize and four Humanitas nominations, two Environmental Media Awards and Genesis Award. He serves on the Board of Advisors for MediaScope and the Board of Directors for California State Summer School for the Arts and is a meber of the Writers Guild of America and the Accademy of Television Arts and Sciences.

1982 - 88 Production of several short films for various broadcasting stations.
1989 - 90 Co-Director (togheter with Gerd Hann) and Production of the feature "WERNER-BEINHART" for the Neue Constantin / Bern Eichinger.
1990 - 92 Director and producer of the feature "DER KLEENE PUNKER".
1993 "ROLF" commercials for Lintas. 'TIPPIE" commercials for Hessen-Lotto.
1993 Production of the TV-serials "DIE OTTIFANTEN" for RTL.
1993 - 94 Direction and Production of the feature "FELIDAE".
1995 - 96 Production of the feature "WERNER II".
1995- 97 Production of the feature "PIPPI LONGSTOCKING".

Driector prduction of "LITLLE ASSHOLE", distribution Senator Film Co-Producer of the TV-serial "LOGGERHEADS".


Theresa Plummer-Andrews

Started her career in theatrical agenciers and moved on to work on productions on locations all over the world. Went on to be the European Executive for the Special Broadcasting Service in Australia, then to TVS (ITV) as their Overseas Executive responsible for acquistions of feature films, soaps and children's programmees. Was appointed Head of Acquisition for BBC Children's programmes in 1986
