Stella Artois, film networking site and award-winning actor Kevin Spacey announced a new award program designed to help independent filmmakers. The program, called the Stella Artois Short Film Project, will provide a $50,000 cash award to one lucky filmmaker who submits an entry to The film, which must be no longer than 10 minutes, will be judged by the community as well as a panel of high-level actors, directors and producers.
