Yeah! Idiots and Angels was held over at the IFC by popular demand!

This is what I dreamed of. All those distributors who rejected “Idiots and Angels” now must realize that there is an audience for an adult animated film. People want to see mature and provocative ideas in cartoons.

So even though my concerns are now directed to getting publicity and big audience in LA at the Laemmle Sunset, I must still bring in crowds to the IFC. Therefore I still show up to the IFC weekend screenings to do Q&A and beg them to spread the word about I&A.

In fact, I just made two appearances last weekend to packed audiences. Because of this success, my art house and theatrical distributor Passion River is already getting a lot of requests for booking the film.

But LA is my next target – I plan to spend a week out there visiting studios, film schools and Amoeba promoting the hell out of I&A, and of course going to the Laemmle and talking with the audience. Wish me luck and tell all your friends – thanks for your patronage.
