On November 22, 2010 ten missiles strike uninhabited portions of Tokyo. The event has been dubbed “Careless Monday.” Three months later, during a trip to Washington D.C., Saki Morimi meets Akira Takizawa and all hell breaks loose! He has no memory, he’s naked, and he’s only carrying a gun and a cell phone. Following the Shippuden plot from its inception to the reunion of Naruto and Sasuke, this game is an apt blend of RPG and fighting play. The fair was noticeably smaller than in previous years.

Viz Cinema, the nation’s only theatre dedicated to Japanese film is starting 2011 off right! It’s no secret, the rebooted Evangelion series is spot on: a more coherent story line, less tangential madness and seemingly disconnected imagery – for better or worse, the kind long associated with creator Hideaki Anno.
