Guardians of Luna

In an agreement with Cybergraphix Animation, FUNimation is now the official distributor for the Guardians of Luna animated series.

Under the careful eyes of writer Michael Reaves (Batman: The Animated Series, Gargoyles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) and story editor and character designer Cindy H. Yamauchi (Naruto: The Movie, Black Lagoon, Akira), this series follows four descendants of an ancient shape-shifting race, who, as a band of unlikely heroes, are charged with protecting an ancestral power source.

Currently in development, a manga series is also in the works and a website has been launched (guardiansofluna.com).

A release date is expected in 2010.
