The new Con on the block, brought to us by Chase Wang, continues to grow. July is shaping up to be a good month for anime and manga fans.
CLUB 2 THE MAX ANNOUNCES MORE FUN FOR ATTENDEES WITH ITS MATSURI SUMMER FEST 2011
Win DVDs, Manga, Pocky, Ramune and more July 1-3, 2011 in Anaheim, CA at the Anaheim Convention Center
LOS ANGELES, Calif. (November 1, 2010) Club 2 the MAX (July 1-3, 2011; Anaheim, CA at the Anaheim Convention Center), is where there is no general attendance purchase requirement and the public is encouraged to attend for FREE, is proud to announce the Matsuri Summer Fest 2011. With fun in mind for all! Attendees will be able to obtain amazing prizes such as DVDs, Manga, Pocky, Ramune, additional Japanese confections/snacks and more by winning at carnival and matsuri themed game booths-without paying for an entrance fee into the festival!
There will also be a Matsuri Summer Fest stage where activities such as live local band performances, on-site contests, treasure hunts and other activities will be scheduled throughout the day and evening for attendee participation and fun!
In addition, there will be members of the record industry in attendance scouting for new and acts and bands-so make sure you and all your friends and fans are in attendance when you are performing!

Located in Anaheim, California Club 2 the MAX, established in 2010, is a multi-day (3 days) 24 hour event with no general attendance/badge purchase requirement and is aspiring to be a key meeting place for fans that share a common interest in Asian music, Animation, and Comics. Nominal fees are charged for certain activities that attendees choose to participate in.

Its crazy in just a few weeks MAX has announced the Summer Matsuri, the Pirate Rum party and the Arcade which are all great events to have at a free event where even the exhibit hall is free.
I can't wait to see what kind of events will be announced and since this is right around AX time means there will be a nice mix of interest which makes both go that extra mile for the fans.
