GDC 2011 - Six Indie Principles to Live By

This my 3rd year covering the Indie Game Summit and the draw to attend only gets stronger.  Each year, a new, fresh faced group of speakers join the group of independent game creators that have come before.  What makes this event so exciting are the new ideas being thrown out to the crowd, innovations, and completely honest commentary on what goes into creating an independent game.  You can feel the creative energy in the air and when you leave the summit – you’re possessed with some inherent indie verve.  I come up with a slew of concepts, designs, and ideas throughout the conference – and it’s this group of speakers that make me dream that it’s all possible.
