Ace & Son Moving Picture Company, led by Richard O’Connor’s animation direction, recently finished work on Honor Code, a poignant and thoughtful animated documentary short on the horrors of honor killings.  Premiering this past April at the Tribeca Film Festival, the film, directed by Katy Chevigny, integrates and animates on top of an interview with philosopher Kwame Anthony Appiah describing how change in deeply rooted cultural beliefs such as honor killings can be achieved once people decide change can and must be made.  Complete production information can be found here: http://aceandson.com/snapshot/volI/iv/
