Tuesday, June 3, 7 PM at Silicon Graphics, Bldg. 21, off 101 at Shoreline Drive, go East towards the Bay, go right at Charleston (2nd light), right to last bldg. on street, free.

Chris Landreth will talk about the production of his Oscar nominated short and other work. He works for Alias - Wavefront in Toronto and is coming to San Francisco to give the keynote address at the 3D Design Conference and Exhibition.

Our meeting will take place on a state-of-the-art virtual set. A staff member of Silicon Graphics will demonstrate some of the things one can do with the set including adding motion capture characters to the scene.
