The speakers will include Rachel Hanna, Recruiting Manager from Pixar; Ken Maruyama, Manager of Digital Animation and Creature Development at Industrial Light and Magic; Dave Andrews, Animation Supervisor at ILM, and Marilyn Friedman, Production Manager/Recruiting from Pacific Data Images. Learn what is unique about each company, how to apply for work, what should be in your portfolio and/or on your demo reel, and other basics. They will discuss what courses you should consider taking in college and provide other tips that will help you land a job in the animation industry. There will be a brief question and answer session after each talk plus a general Q & A session at the end of the program. Please do not bring porfolios or demo reels.
