TURIN, 19-20 DECEMBER 1999
GAM, GALLERY OF MODERN ART
Asifa Italia, with the help of the Ministry of Cultural
Affairs, the Regione Piemonte and the Comune di Torino, together with the support
of Young Artists Circle and the British Council and Pro-Helvetia, is organizing
a meeting with a series of films on the the subject of "Art & Animation",
to be held in Turin in the conference hall of the Gallery of Modern Art (GAM)
the 19th and 20th of December 1999.
The meeting aims at stimulating attention on animation as an art form with a
particular stress on indipendent short films of research, experimentation and
artistic expression.
The event is made of theoretical round-tables, talks, discussion on the subject,
reports and conferences with film projections and meeting with artists.
