Thats great info of course its important to know the latest tools, but to know even one of them WELL takes a lot of time & effort usually learned 'on the job' who has time after hours to dig into another 3d package? Unless your a kid with no wife or other commitments its extremely hard to do that. Sure we love to animate or build things in 3d, but we always want to have a life too.
