POSTER COMPETITION "JULES CHÉRET PRIZE"

| Le "Prix Jules Chéret" consacre la meilleure affiche
distinguée par un jury de personnalités de líanimation, à
líoccasion du Festival díAnnecy. Peuvent être proposées au
concours toutes les affiches réalisées pour un film díanimation,
un Festival (ou une manifestation) consacré au film "Image par image"
; les projets díaffiches sont également acceptés. Afin díencourager
la création graphique, le "Prix Jules Chéret" est doté
díun Prix en espèces díune valeur de 2 500 FF (deux mille cinq cents
francs français) qui sera attribué lors de la clôture
du Festival díAnnecy 97. Les affiches doivent parvenir au Secrétariat
du Festival, 6 avenue des Iles, BP 399, 74013 Annecy Cedex, France avant
le 23 mars 97, non pliées et de préférence roulées
sous tube. Vous trouverez ci-dessous une fiche díinscription à nous
retourner dûment remplie avant le 21 février 97.

The "Jules Chéret
Prize" is awarded during the Annecy Festival to the best poster chosen
by a group of personalities involved in animation. Any poster produced
to advertise an animated film, festival or event devoted to "frame by frame"
cinema (including projects) may be entered for competition. In order to
encourage graphic creation the "Jules Chéret Prize" comes with a
cash award of 2 500 FF (two thousand five hundred French Francs) awarded
at the closing session of the Festival. Posters must reach the Festivalís
offices : Secrétariat du Festival díAnnecy, 6 avenue des Iles, BP
399, 74013 Annecy Cedex, France, before 23 March 1997, unfolded and preferably
rolled up in a tube. The registration form below should be returned fully
completed before 21 February 1997.
