This unique association of artists, writers, animators and film makers, is based in the North of England and has an international reputation for delivering high quality animation workshops, educational film productions, promotional videos and training programmes for people of all ages and abilities. Many reknown artists have contributed to Animha Workshops including Carl Harrison, Nick Daniel, Lorna Moone, Dave Brunskill, Becky Brunskill, Susan Guy, Debbie Akam, Robert Maseko, Otis Tabasenge, Kev Howard, Tim Coyte, Richard Grainger, Simon Pell, Paddy Burton and Julie Ward. Animha is a member of the ASIFA Workshops Group, the international animation association that facilitates trans-national collaborative film projects for children around the world, including screenings at many of the major animation film festivals.
Animha specialise in production workshops, enabling diverse groups to find a voice and express themselves through the magic of film animation. Our workshops and creative training programmes are individually designed to meet the needs of any specific group. They are particularly useful for generating new ideas, developing team spirit, enhancing self esteem, and encouraging creative thinking. We also produce corporate promotional films and training videos. Animha works in partnership with companies, arts boards, societies, schools, colleges, voluntary groups, and community organisations to increase accessibility to the world of film animation. |
